Information and planning tools

Use the guides to prepare questions, organize records, and compare scope. The self-check is not an inspection, design, compliance decision, or quote. Verify property-specific requirements with the City and qualified professionals.

Current service availability

The site describes paid application-paperwork consulting, direct contractor introductions, and hiring assistance. Online booking, payments, introductions, and sensitive document submission are not active. Using a planning tool does not book an appointment or start an engagement.

Owner authority and agency decisions

Application support requires owner authorization and any required owner signatures, certifications, or government handoff. City and other permitting authorities make their own decisions. No grant, permit, construction result, insurance payment, or premium reduction is guaranteed.

Sources and public vendor resources

Page update dates and source review dates are separate. Check the current primary source before acting. City-published vendor lists are not our partners, an endorsement, or a substitute for independent verification.

Planning information only, not an inspection, engineering or legal advice, compliance determination, or quote. Confirm project requirements with the City and qualified professionals.
